Enjoy these orange Easter chocolate-covered strawberrys with their candy coating.
What a cute carrot strawberry! 🍓🥕
You can make some fun and festive candy-coated strawberries for Easter. This is the same technique as chocolate-covered strawberry, except that we are using orange candy melts in place of chocolate.
This results in a juicy strawberry coated with sweet candy that looks adorable and tastes great. These can be served by themselves or you could serve them with chocolate pudding.

Make carrot chocolate covered strawberries with these tips:
- Line the sheet pan with parchment to prevent any sticking!
- Be sure to follow the directions that come with your candy melts. Avoid clumps by not overheating them. You can fix the problem by adding a bit of coconut oil or vegetable oil.
- On the pictures, I show you 3 different ways to serve strawberries! You can add them on a plate with chocolate chips and sprinkles. It would be adorable to have a basket full of carrots! You can also add one carrot to a chocolate pud cup. Add crushed cookies to the top as “dirt”. This is so fun!
- The best way to store these is in the fridge. These can be made a few days ahead, in my opinion.
What a delicious treat to add for Easter this year or the Spring!
This was so much fun to make. As an activity, the kids can also get involved. My daughter, a teen, brought these to her schoolmates for lunch and they loved it.
