I’m happy with my purchase, but I do have some mixed feelings about the pizza cutter that’s included in the set. While it is functional, it’s smaller than I expected. The rest of this set is great.
The stainless steel material of the pizza peel makes it durable and long lasting. The 13″ cordierite pizza stone is also fantastic, retaining heat extremely well, and producing an evenly cooked and perfectly crispy crust. You should preheat the pizza stone in your oven.
