The Quaker Oats Company has announced today, December 15, the voluntary recall of certain granola bar and cereal products due to a potential Salmonella contamination. You can view the details and a list of the affected products on the FDA’s Quaker Recall page.
The products are available throughout the United States including Puerto Rico, Guam, and Saipan. The products include varieties of Chewy Granola Bars and Simply Granola Cereals. Some of these products were included in Frito Lay snackbox variety packs. Check your pantry for the recalled products and throw them out.
