I’ve never owned a mandoline before and wasn’t sure how often I’d use it so I bought this one based on the price. So far I’ve used it to make kimchi, gyoza, vegetable tian, mac and cheese, and waffle fries. It’s great. The silicone mat it comes with is excellent at holding the mandoline firmly in place.
